MULAWIN: The Stort Isn't A Cliche

Since everything was restored in the World of Mulawin, everyone thought it become another GMA Cliche Stories, but everything they thought was wrong. Every detail of the story is connected in every point of view. Marami ang nagsabi na paikot-ikot na lang ang istorya nito pero everything was tied up together and what they've got? Napakagandang palabas. Nalaman ko lang yun nung lumabas na naging Ravena si Gabriel and everything about his polio noon. And best is that GMA-7 had thought about ending the show while the ratings are up. Kasi yun ang magandang point na kung saan i-end ang show kasi exciting at tiyak na maraming manonood. Pag i-e-end nila yung show na pababa-na ng pababa yung ratings, hindi magma-mark yun sa isip ng mga manonood. Kaya I'm looking forward sa ending nito. Excited na rin ako sa Darna. :-)

MULAWIN: Mali ang Akala ng mga Kapamilya

Kaya napapasupalpal ang mga Kapamilya eh dada sila ng dada, kesyo tumaas ng konti ang rating ng kanilang show eh hanggang langit agad ang lundag. Kaya nakikita natin na nagkakamali sila, Mulawin is gaining back their ratings. At lalo pang may international channel na rin sila, versus ABS-CNBN's TFC, lalo pang lalakas ang GMA.

MULAWIN: Coming To An End

Seems like it's rival show, Lovers In Paris, is doing good on the ratings this past week. Is it the end of Mulawin as the reigning show on it's spot? Hopefully GMA would do something about it. Make the story and add interesting twists for the show, o di kaya end the show with a very BONGGA ending and a very surprising one, basta hindi madi-dissappoint ang mga viewers.

The scenes in the last few episodes are quite amazing, lalong lalo na yung paglipad nina Alwina palayo sa Higanteng taong bato. That was very impresive for the special effects makers ng show. Wala pa ni kahit saang TV Show nakakagawa ng ganung klaseng effect, in fact.
I remembered when Dugong (Marina-ABSCBN) grew into a huge creature. Halatang hindi convincing yung animation nila. But as I view Mulawin's episodes... I can see the efforts of thier special effects. Kung pagbabasehan mo ang mga milestones ng special effects on TV, Mulawin has made a breakthrough...
Hindi lang yun, the moment when "The Higanteng Taong Bato" grabbed Alwina, it was an enourmous sight... It's amazing how they put the Character (Alwina) in the hands of a computer generated character (Higanteng Bato), and while that creature is moving it's hands, sumasabay rin si Alwina and take note... habang kumakampay pa ang pakpak! Ang hirap kaya gawin nun...
Kaya ngayon mas lalo pa akong saludo sa mga nasa likod ng da best na tele-fantasya na 'to. You all rock!

It is also a good thing, reinventing or reversing the story to make it original, like what I read somewhere in this blog about how Mulawin differs from other movies/shows. (damn, the "W" key in my keyboard is not working well!) How amazing that GMA-7, or the Mulawin writers have made Mulawin seem so unique. Adding new characters is a very tough task, one should relate their (the additional characters) stories to the Flow of the plot. That's pretty amazing. Siyangapala people, tinapat ng kabila yung SPIRITS sa Extra Challenge para malagpasan nito ang di maaat na pagtaas ng Ratings ng ExCha. What can you say?

MULAWIN: Alwina, Not the ONE?!

The trailer led me to confusion last night, akala ko kasi hindi si Alwynna ang sugo. Napabuntong hininga na lang ako nang malaman kong panaginip lang pala. And I thought the Tagubas (Amazons) are another non-sense character twist na idadagdag ng Mulawin para lalong humaba ang istorya, hindi naman pala. I think yung nasa kwento ni Princess Punzalan na paghulisa kanyang ama't mga lalakeng kasama ay upang gawing silang mga kawal ng mga Ravena, naalala ko dati nang tumiwalag sina Ravenum sa lahing Mulawin eh hindi sila ganun karami. And what doyou think will happen to Gabriel? Will his hands (or fingers or his entire body) will be destroyed? And the Aviona's character this episode is very obvious na pinaggayahan sa Lord of the Rings. Yung Gollum. Dalawa rin yung personality nun.
